TECHNICAL ADVISORY
SCADA/IT/OT CONSULTANCY: The work included as-is study of network in selected towns in each discom, formulation of automation roadmap comprising of substation automation, distribution automation, SCADA systems, Outage Management System, preparation of detailed specifications and RFP formulations,evaluation of RFP for system integrator, vendor evaluation and finalization for hardware, system software, communication and working as owner’s engineer to improve network reliability of the sub-transmission and distribution network.
Tata Power-DDL has leveraged its technical expertise in SCADA and DMS to provide SCADA Consultancy Services in towns under the RAPDRP Part-A scheme in more than 6 states in India.
